Platform Overview
THE TRANSFORMATION ENVIRONMENT INDEX (TEI) measures the adequacy of the organizational environment to facilitate and drive the desired transformation and changes. TEI is based on neuroscience studies that support the influence of our reptilian and limbic brains in our day-to-day decisions.
THE TRANSFORMATIONAL FEASIBILITY MATRIX is a framework which generates powerful insights and positions people, teams and the entire company according to their scores in the two key dimensions of iTransform: TPI, potential for individual and collective transformation, indicates whether the organization “can” transform itself;
TEI, the environment for transformation, indicates if the organization “will” be able to transform – that is, for an organization to transform itself, potential is not enough. A positive, favorable and healthy environment is needed for people and teams to perform and use their potential.
